Data Governance 1.0.4

Privacy Protocols for Analytical Intelligence.

At Pacific Data Scope, our strategic data architecture is built on the principle that information integrity and individual privacy are inseparable. This policy details how we manage personal data within our proprietary scoping frameworks.

Last Revision: 2026-03-11 Region: Asia-Pacific (TH)

1. Data Scoping & Utilization

We process your data primarily to deliver the analytical intelligence services requested via our digital portal. This involves mapping your enterprise requirements to our architecture solutions. We do not engage in automated profiling that carries legal consequences for our users.

2. Storage & Longevity

Information is retained only for the duration of the scoping project or as mandated by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). When data reaches its technical end-of-life, it is subjected to cryptographic erasure following NIST standards.

Operational Note

In the context of data scoping, personal identifiers are often siloed from technical datasets to ensure that our strategic analysis remains strictly focused on infrastructure and performance metrics rather than individual behavior.

3. External Processing

Pacific Data Scope does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Disclosure only occurs through:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Partners: Managed hosting providers under strict BAA/DPA agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: Adherence to legitimate requests from Thai regulatory bodies.
  • Security Service Providers: Specialized intelligence tools used to prevent brute-force attacks on our portal.
