If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the portal immediately.
2. Proprietary Methodology & Intelligence
All content provided through our Data Lab—including but not limited to scoping algorithms, strategic architecture templates, and analytical intelligence reports—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Pacific Data Scope. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with these materials for internal business evaluation purposes only.
Restricted Actions
Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering our scoping logic, scraping data from the portal via automated scripts, or redistributing our intelligence findings to third-party competitors without explicit written authorization.
3. Accuracy of Analytical Output
While Pacific Data Scope utilizes high-fidelity data sources to provide strategic insights, all analytics and data scoping outputs are provided "as-is." We do not warrant that the information is error-free or that it will yield specific commercial results. Strategic data architecture is subject to the variables of the client's internal ecosystem.
Infrastructure & Access
The integrity of our portal is maintained through strict access controls. Pacific Data Scope reserves the right to suspend any account or IP block that exhibits behavior threatening the stability of our delivery systems.

System Security Attempts to bypass our encryption or administrative barriers result in immediate termination.

Conduct Standards
Users representing enterprises must ensure that any data uploaded for scoping purposes does not violate local or international data protection laws, including GDPR and Thailand’s PDPA.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Data Scope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any data scoping decisions or analytical interpretations made by the client.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the dashboard. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
